JSS in London seeks an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to strengthen and evolve the enterprise-wide risk management framework within a dynamic financial services environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders to challenge risk, influence culture and drive improvement.

You will lead workshops, monitor key risk indicators, produce board-ready reporting and support governance, policy development and incident remediation activities.

Competenze

• Proven experience in enterprise, operational, financial or strategic risk management in a 2nd line of defense within financial services.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Experience facilitating risk assessments and engaging senior stakeholders.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive, commercially minded, and collaborative approach to risk management.

An expanding international Insurer is seeking an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to play a key role in strengthening and evolving its enterprise-wide risk management framework.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Leading the ongoing enhancement of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework
• Conducting enterprise risk assessments and facilitating risk workshops
• Providing independent second-line oversight and challenge to business functions
• Monitoring key risk indicators and emerging risks
• Producing high-quality reporting and insights for executive and board-level stakeholders
• Supporting risk governance activities, policy development, and risk culture initiatives
• Contributing to incident management, root cause analysis, and risk remediation activities

About You:

• Proven experience in enterprise, operational, financial or strategic risk management in a 2nd line of defense capacity gained within a Financial Services environment
