Job summary

Royal Bank of Scotland is seeking a C&I Business Risk Framework Lead to design and develop first line of defence actions for implementing the Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework across the Commercial & Institutional franchise. You will project manage change, oversee scenarios and threat activities, and drive data-led risk management across C&I.

You will educate teams on EWRMF obligations, influence framework changes, and ensure timely delivery of risk actions while collaborating with risk

Qualifications

• Experience working with risk management frameworks and their development and implementation.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas to business and technical audiences.
• Proven track record delivering complex risk-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Educate teams on the EWRMF and its obligations, supporting the business in operating and embedding them.
• Influence changes to the EWRMF to enable safe and sustainable growth.
• Ensure internal and external stakeholder satisfaction by delivering risk and control actions in a timely manner.
• Support change initiatives and assess regulatory changes to deliver appropriate strategies and action plans.
