Job summary

Scale AI in London is seeking a Senior Product Design Manager for Enterprise to lead and grow the design team shaping high-stakes enterprise experiences with AI-powered workflows.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to set vision, drive design quality, contribute to Scale's design system, and ground decisions in real user needs. A customer-centric leader who can hire, mentor, and ship at speed is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing product design teams.
• Proven ability to simplify data-dense, power-user workflows into elegant solutions for B2B and beyond.
• Deeply customer-centric with a track record grounded in real user needs and business impact.
• Fluent in how AI is changing design practice and tooling; building AI-native workflows for your team.
• Experience designing for agentic platforms, shaping interaction patterns for AI and human-in-the-loop systems.

Responsibilities

• Set the direction for Enterprise design; translate vision into a clear direction for the team.
• Build and lead the design team; hire, develop and establish operating rhythms.
• Drive design execution across the Enterprise product with Product and Engineering partners.
• Raise the craft bar by upholding design principles and quality standards.
• Contribute to Scale's shared design system and promote coherent patterns across a distributed team.
