Qualifications

• Good understanding and working knowledge of core routing and switching at JNCIA/CCNA level.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting enterprise networks.
• Good understanding of IP routing and Layer 2 technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to a large enterprise network running 24/7.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain networks and perform configuration changes.
• Provide technical direction and mentoring to the 2nd-line network team.

Skills

Core routing and switching knowledge at JNCIA/CCNA level

Troubleshooting enterprise networks

IP routing understanding (BGP, OSPF, static routing)

Layer 2 technologies knowledge (VLANs, spanning‑tree)

Experience with Cisco IOS and JUNOS
