DXRX is the world’s first diagnostic commercialization platform for precision medicine, integrating multiple pipelines of real‑world diagnostic testing data from a global network of laboratories.

Role Summary

Diaceutics is scaling its marketing engine - and we’re hiring an Enterprise ABM Marketing Officer to drive engagement with high‑value pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts. This role is ideal for a strategic marketer who thrives on translating insights into action and crafting personalised campaigns that move the needle. You’ll be a key player in our growth marketing team, working cross‑functionally to deliver high‑impact programs that accelerate pipeline and revenue.

If you’re excited by the challenge of influencing complex buying journeys and driving growth in high‑value markets, we’d love to hear from you - and even more so if you're inspired by our mission to ensure every patient gets the right treatment.

The role can be remote or based at our offices at the Kings Hall Health and Wellbeing Park, Belfast.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling account‑focused strategies that drive engagement, influence pipeline, and accelerate revenue within target accounts.
  • Implement ABM tactics using the full marketing channel mix and martech stack.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Sales to extend Diaceutics’ core value propositions into personalised narratives for executive and technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with account teams and stakeholders to gain deep understanding of priority accounts and customer segments.
  • Continuously analyse campaign performance to optimise and deliver on KPIs.
  • Maintain and enhance marketing operations infrastructure, including CRM and automation platforms, to ensure accurate data capture, lead tracking, and campaign reporting.

Key Attributes Required:

  • Strategic thinker with hands‑on execution ability.
  • Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills in fast‑paced environments.
  • High energy, self‑starter attitude.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.
  • Organisational and project management skills.
  • Curious and confident working in evolving technical domains.

Knowledge and Specialist Skills:

  • Experience – 3+ years’ experience in an ABM Marketing role.
  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred but while not essential, candidates must demonstrate experience in industries characterised by high‑value B2B deals and long sales cycles.
  • Familiarity with ABM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Pardot, 6Sense, Demandbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Ability to write persuasive content and develop integrated multichannel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and support business objectives.
  • Proficient in digital marketing and B2B events within account‑based marketing frameworks.
  • Understanding of marketing analytics and pipeline attribution – ability to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes.
