Job description
Your role

We are looking for an Enterprise Management Architect to join our existing EM Practice. As an Architect, you will work closely with Solution Owners to design new management systems for our largest customers.
As the manager of the EM Architect team, you will be responsible for the training and development of a team, review of their designs and setting the high-level strategy for management tooling across systems.
You will need to demonstrate to customers and colleagues that you always work to the highest standards of data security. You will need to show others that you are an innovative individual who understands the requirements of technical design and deployment of IT systems in secure environments, and that you can deliver solutions of significant size and complexity. You will have to produce designs and plans that give customers the confidence that the company understands and can deliver their requirements while keeping the design practical and cost effective for the customer.

Your experience
  • Working with stakeholders to analyse requirements, negotiate and bring consensus in bids and delivery projects
  • Working with business IT infrastructures and the tools required to manage them efficiently, particularly monitoring, patching and automation systems for Windows and Linux
  • Working with sensitive systems in secure environments
  • Designing and deploying new tools and the necessary integrations between the tools to create a working system
  • Planning the work for a team to build, test and roll out a new toolset
  • Creating cost models or budgets for build and deployment of new toolsets
  • Producing technical documentation to a high standard, formally documenting your designs and plans.

This role will require you to be willing and eligible to undergo a high level of UK security clearance
