Hours: Part-Time, 3 days per week, 0.6 FTE (22.2 hours per week)
Salary: £37,694 to £42,254 per annum pro rata, Band 5 (pay award pending)
This role focuses on providing high-quality enterprise and entrepreneurship support to students and graduates, helping them explore self-employment, develop business ideas, launch start-ups, pursue freelance careers, or grow existing businesses. You will provide expert advice and guidance through one-to-one support, workshops, bootcamps, in-curriculum delivery and innovative events, designing engaging opportunities that build commercial confidence, develop entrepreneurial skills and inspire students to turn ideas into action. You will respond to the diverse needs of our student and graduate community, creating an accessible and inclusive enterprise offer that encourages participation and ambition.
