The Enterprise Development Manager will lead, support and build on the current activities, services and support for student and graduate enterprise and business start-up.
You will manage and deliver projects to inspire growth in enterprise activity and support the creation of business start-ups.
We are looking to recruit someone with knowledge and passion regarding student and graduate enterprise and who will take ownership and responsibility for establishing innovative and engaging services, which will create an enterprising culture.
You will lead the Enterprise and Entrepreneurship functions and teams, and lead on Student Enterprise and Entrepreneurship initiatives across the university. It will also work collaboratively with incubation spaces across the university, ensuring a consistent and collaborative approach to exploit all opportunities.
We are looking for someone with a high level of emotional intelligence and who has the ability to develop strong working relationships with staff at all levels across the University to ensure quality service delivery, demonstrating political awareness, diplomacy and tact.
