J&J Search, working with a UK Wealth Management group, seeks an experienced Enterprise Data Manager to shape the group’s data strategy, own architecture and lead the technical build of data platforms.

You will define roadmaps, build scalable data warehouses/lakes and drive governance, quality and security across multiple businesses, enabling data-driven decisions and strategic initiatives.

Competenze

• Proven experience defining and implementing enterprise data strategies and roadmaps.
• Experience working with Wealth Management, Investment Platforms or Investment Management systems and data.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise data architecture, modelling and governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience designing and building data warehouses, data lakes and scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake, Azure Data Factory or comparable modern cloud data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data quality, lineage, metadata management and data governance.
• The ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior business and technology leaders.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to establish new processes, standards and capabilities.

Mansioni

• Defining and delivering the Group's enterprise data strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Designing and owning the enterprise data architecture, including data models, integration patterns and platform standards.
• Leading the development of a modern enterprise data warehouse, data lake and associated data pipelines.
• Driving the adoption and optimisation of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Lake or equivalent modern cloud data technologies.
• Taking a hands-on role in data engineering, ingestion, transformation and modelling.
• Establishing and embedding data governance frameworks, including data quality, lineage, metadata and stewardship.
• Ensuring data integrity, security, accessibility and compliance across multiple group businesses.
• Working with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improved reporting, analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Supporting the development of a consistent, scalable and commercially valuable enterprise data capability.
• Collaborating with technology, operations, information security and business leadership to deliver strategic data initiatives.
