Qualifications

  • 10+ years of total work experience with 5+ years in customer-facing roles.
  • Experience with Enterprise customers or within an Enterprise-level organisation.
  • Background in leveraging data through tools for strategy execution.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to Enterprise customers.
  • Understand customers’ business objectives and challenges.
  • Own customer retention and reduce churn risk.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide tailored insights, recommendations, and best practices.
