Enterprise Coordinator

£38,976 - £47,229 | Fixed Term Contract until August 2026 | Twickenham

The South London Partnership are looking for a dynamic Enterprise Coordinator to become the engine of the South London Careers Hub. You will support schools and colleges to improve careers activities in south London and respond to the needs of the local economy.

Key skills
  • Engage local employers and businesses across South London to support schools and colleges with their career provision, creating a homegrown talent pipeline of young people ready for work.
  • Strengthen and build networks and partnerships with schools, careers leaders, SENCOs, local and national businesses, local authorities and careers support providers.
  • Support careers education by helping businesses and careers leaders develop high‑quality, innovative careers programmes and activities.
About the role

As an Enterprise Coordinator you will make a material impact on young people in south London by increasing their interactions with employers and promoting a breadth of job opportunities in a post‑covid economy. You will work with stakeholders to facilitate innovative careers programmes and meaningful world‑of‑work activities, helping young people carve out a pathway towards an exciting career and creating a talent pool at the heart of the future south London economy.
