  • Strong background in automation, infrastructure delivery, and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and GitHub.
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks, managed services, and post-implementation support.
  • Experience in Agile working environments.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for innovation.
  • A background in infrastructure and networking is advantageous.

  • Act as the technical authority for cloud architecture and governance across complex environments.
  • Design, review, and evolve cloud-native and hybrid infrastructure solutions.
  • Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to ensure architectural alignment.
  • Remain hands-on with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), deployments, and environment configuration.
  • Support, coach, and mentor junior engineers across projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders, building trusted relationships with internal teams and external clients.
