Job summary

Experis UK is seeking an Enterprise Architecture SME to drive governance across large-scale transformation programmes. You will apply NIST RMF, Secure by Design principles, and architecture standards while engaging senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and strategic outcomes.

Ideal candidates will have experience in regulated environments and demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers, shaping secure, scalable architectures in complex projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise architecture roles, ideally in complex, regulated environments.
• Strong working knowledge and application of NIST Risk Management Framework, Secure by Design, and architecture standards.
• Proven experience leading architecture governance in large-scale transformation programmes
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level and senior stakeholders through clear communication and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture governance in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders to communicate architecture decisions.
• Apply NIST RMF, Secure by Design and architecture standards in projects.
• Influence and align multiple teams on architecture direction and outcomes.
