FSP is seeking a Principal AI Consultant to lead large-scale data and AI transformation across complex organisations. You will shape AI strategy, target architecture, governance and operating models, delivering measurable business outcomes at executive levels.

You will provide senior technical and advisory leadership with deep Microsoft ecosystem expertise and guidance on non-Microsoft technologies where appropriate. Hybrid working is offered.

Formación

• 10+ years in AI transformation within large organisations.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Strong governance, risk, and responsible AI experience.
• Executive-level advisory and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Azure AI stack and non-Microsoft platforms.
• Proven business case development and ROI modelling.

Responsabilidades

• Lead senior AI advisory engagements with C-suite stakeholders.
• Define and shape enterprise AI strategy, operating models and roadmaps.
• Advise on AI architecture, platform strategy and governance approaches.
• Develop AI business cases, value frameworks and ROI models.
• Lead client workshops and executive discussions to align direction.
• Contribute to market development and proposition growth.
