Job summary

MRJ Recruitment is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design of AI-powered and Intelligent Automation solutions across a large-scale enterprise. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable technology aligned with long-term objectives and contribute to roadmaps and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience designing enterprise AI, Automation or Generative AI solutions.
• Proven track record in large-scale architectures.
• Strong cloud and API-first design experience.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise AI and automation solutions.
• Define architectures aligned with strategy and standards.
• Partner with Product Owners, Engineering teams and stakeholders to translate challenges into tech solutions.
• Design integration strategies across APIs, microservices and cloud environments.
• Guide engineering teams to deliver while following architectural standards.
• Define AI architecture principles, governance and best practices across the organisation.
• Produce high-level and detailed architecture artefacts and documentation.
• Identify risks, security considerations and scalability issues during delivery.
• Contribute to roadmaps and evaluate emerging technologies for future innovation.
• Coach and mentor Solution Architects and grow the Architecture function.
