We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive with a "general manager" mentality for their territory. The ideal candidate excels at driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, renewing contracts, upselling, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role demands a strategic sales approach, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to customer success.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
  • Exceed sales quotas by selling new Recon, Scout, and Feeds deals to prospective customers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, convert leads, and manage the sales pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Generate new opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Convert marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) to sales opportunities.
Account Management
  • Execute renewals and upsell within existing commercial accounts to maximize revenue growth.
  • Maintain communication with customers through Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), phone calls, emails, and in-person events to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Customer Onboarding and Enablement
  • Support customer onboarding to ensure successful adoption of our products and services.
  • Lead customer enablement initiatives, including onboarding, training sessions, and presentations.
Salesforce Management
  • Record all sales activities and maintain up-to-date opportunity records in Salesforce for accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Utilize and maintain the MEDDPICC framework in Salesforce for both new deals and existing customers.
Customer Analytics and Insights
  • Collaborate with CST to establish a customer analytics division to understand customer behavior and preferences.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities, informing sales strategies.
Collaboration with Marketing
  • Work closely with Marketing to convert leads from marketing efforts into sales opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness to optimize lead generation.
Required Skills/Abilities
