£70,000 - £85,000 basic + Double OTE (Uncapped) Remote (UK-Wide)
We're looking for a driven Enterprise Account Executive to join a rapidly scaling HR software services business that's transforming how organisations across the retail, hospitality and public sectors engage, manage and empower their workforce.
You'll be joining a business competing directly with major HCM plays, but with the agility and pace of a scale‑up. This role is ideal for a consultant enterprise salesperson who thrives in complex, high‑value, multi‑stakeholder deals and wants more autonomy, ownership and influence than they'd find in a corporate environment.
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll lead new business acquisitions across the UK, targeting enterprise clients with large blue‑collar or dispersed workforces.
You'll identify opportunities, find your own leads and develop relationships at HR Director and C-level and lead long, consultative sales cycles – supported by sales engineers but responsible for the full sales process end‑to‑end.
This role suits someone who is entrepreneurial, commercially sharp and naturally consultative with an authentic interest in the HR tech space.
