Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Consultant ENT surgeon with a sub-specialist interest in Rhinology to support complex rhinology and skull base work. The post requires broad ENT experience in adults and children, with on-call responsibilities and cross-specialty collaboration to manage regional paediatric cases.

The successful candidate will contribute to academic, research, and teaching activities within the department and is expected to have an Advanced Rhinology Fellowship and GMC

Qualifications

• Broad experience in treating ENT conditions in adults and children.
• Ability to participate in on-call rota and emergencies.
• Experience with paediatric ENT and complex rhinology cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient clinics, operating, and emergency care across City/HOU sites.
• Collaborate with Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, and Maxillofacial teams on complex cases.
• Contribute to governance, audits, and teaching activities within the department.
• Participate in on-call rota and maintain timely management of referrals and discharge planning.
