Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking an Enrolment Officer to deliver excellent customer service and support students through the enrolment and registration process. The role acts as the main point of contact for non-academic student enquiries and ensures accurate and timely completion of enrolment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for student enquiries
  • Support students through pre-registration and enrolment
  • Process enrolment documentation accurately and on time
  • Maintain student records using CRM and student information systems
  • Provide information on college policies, finance, and student support services
  • Liaise with internal teams to support student needs
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR and college policies
