Role Overview

As the Enrolment and Outcome Team Leader, you will coordinate the day‑to‑day tasks of the Enrolment and Outcomes Agents, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all course and learner‑related tasks for all types of provision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide an effective, efficient customer‑focused front‑line service meeting internal and external customers.
  • Admit learner applications both online, telephone and face‑to‑face onto WEA programmes of learning.
  • Travelling in and around the Midlands and North West of England as required.
