About The Role

This is a maternity cover role until December 2026.

Leeds City College is delighted to be advertising for the role of Enrichment Coordinator to join the Student Life Enrichment team.

The team has responsibility for a wide range of areas, including cross-college enrichment, student voice, volunteering, student leadership and social action.

Through this work, we aim to develop student skills, widen participation, ensure learners have a voice in college and the community, as well as enhance their life experiences.

Please note that we will be closed from 4pm on Friday 19 December and will re-open on Monday 5 January 2026. You are still welcome to apply for our roles during this period, and applications will be reviewed once we reopen in January 2026.

What You Will Do
  • Coordinate a campus-based model to engage students in student voice, enrichment, social action, and leadership opportunities.
  • Coordinating a campus based model to engage students in student voice, enrichment, social action and leadership opportunities.
  • Develop and manage partnerships with key stakeholders both locally and nationally to create and ensure that these opportunities are accessible to our students.
  • Work closely with curriculum areas to coordinate the enrichment programme for a designated campus to engage learners in various different activities/opportunities.
  • Ensure all data is captured and reportable.
About You

Due to the nature of the role, Leeds City College welcomes applications from candidates who have experience of partnership work with a range of stakeholders, coordinating a wide range of events, activities and experiences as well as an up-to-date knowledge of student voice and democracy.

The successful candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent project management skills and be able to develop effective relationships with a range of people.
