Job summary

Education Matters Group is seeking a dedicated individual to plan and deliver a varied programme of enrichment activities, promote student wellbeing and engagement, and work closely with pastoral and curriculum teams to create a positive, inclusive college environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate student records, supporting safeguarding procedures and encouraging students to make the most of college life.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with young people in education, youth work or community settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and experience with student databases or record systems.
  • Understanding of safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or willingness to work towards achieving it).
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team.

Contract: Full Time

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

The Role:

We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
