Perth & Kinross Council is hiring an Enhanced Pupil Support Assistant for the Intensive Support Provision at Inch View Primary School. The role is fixed term until 15 August 2027, 11 hours per week during term-time, with duties supporting pupils with complex needs across learning, communication, sensory, social and emotional domains.
You will join a skilled team, work Thursdays and Fridays, and collaborate with families and partner agencies to secure positive outcomes for pupils.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and caring Enhanced Pupil Support Assistant to join the Intensive Support Provision (ISP) at Inch View Primary School and work on a Thursday and Friday each week.
Our Intensive Support Provision supports children with complex additional support needs to engage in learning, develop independence and achieve their individual potential within a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Working as part of a highly skilled team, you will provide targeted support to pupils across a range of learning, communication, sensory, social and emotional needs and support with personal care.
As an Enhanced Pupil Support Assistant, you will contribute to delivering high-quality support that enables children to access learning and participate fully in school life. You will work closely with teaching staff, families and partner agencies to help ensure positive outcomes for our children and young people.

We are looking for someone who:
Experience of supporting children with autism, communication difficulties, sensory needs and social-emotional needs would be advantageous.
Knowledge of nurturing approaches, trauma-informed practice and the use of visual supports would also be beneficial.
