Qualifications

Area: Wembley HA9

Start Date: ASAP

Contract Type: Part-time, Temporary

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Working hours: Up to 9 hours per week (12 hours per subject), variable timetable

Brief description

Face to face Maths and English tuition to KS3 and KS4 learners in a home learning environment based around the specific communication styles of students removed from mainstream education.

You will deliver targeted Maths and English sessions to KS3 and KS4 pupils, including GCSE level learners, supporting progress and confidence.

  • Work effectively with families and education staff
Requirements
  • Strong subject knowledge in Maths or English
  • Experience tutoring KS3 and KS4 learners
  • Understanding of SEN including SEMH and ADHD
  • UK teaching or tutoring experience
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service or willing to apply
