The successful candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for teaching English Language and Literature.

Location - Wirral

Position - English Teacher

Type of work - Teaching English to KS3 and KS4

Start date - As soon as possible

Contract type - Temporary

Full time/part time - Full time

Minimum rate of pay - £140 - £200 per day

Hours - 8:00am to 4:00pm

Experience, Training and Qualifications

Teaching qualification with QTS

Experience teaching English in a UK secondary school

Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided)

To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:

Hold Right to Work in the UK

Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application

Provide two professional references
