English Teacher - Kingston

Tradewind Recruitment is partnering with a warm and welcoming SEN school in Kingston that supports pupils with moderate learning difficulties. The school is looking for a committed English Teacher to join their team from January, teaching KS3 and KS4 within a supportive, friendly setting.

Position Details

Position: English Teacher
Location: Kingston
Salary: M1-M6 (dependent on experience)
Contract: January 2026 - July 2026
Hours: Full-time, term-time only
Key Stages: KS3 & KS4 English
Class Size: Around 10 pupils
Qualifications: QTS essential (Primary or Secondary trained)
SEN Experience: Not required-enthusiastic, adaptable teachers with a passion for SEN welcome
Transport: Well-connected by car, bus and train

Compliance Requirements
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Valid right to work in the UK
  • Two recent teaching‑related references
  • Full, up‑to‑date CV
  • Proof of address and photo ID
  • Teaching qualification and QTS evidence
  • Overseas police checks (if relevant)
