About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school in Marston Green. This role is ideal for a teacher who is committed to inspiring students and delivering outstanding results in English Language and Literature.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons in line with the national curriculum.
• Teach a range of abilities across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
• Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
• Create a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies.
• Collaborate with the English department and wider school staff to support student development.
