Your Role as an English ECT
  • Deliver engaging and inspiring English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Develop students’ analytical, reading, and writing skills through creative and challenging lessons.
  • Receive ongoing feedback and mentorship to refine your teaching practice.
  • Participate in regular CPD opportunities and department meetings.
