English Teacher - Horsham - September 2025 Start

Prospero Teaching is seeking a passionate and experienced English Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Horsham from September 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive and high-achieving team, committed to delivering excellence in education.

Contract Details:

• Location: Horsham, West Sussex
• Position: English Teacher
• Start Date: September 2025
• Contract Type: Temp to Perm / Permanent
• Pay Range: .62 per day (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm, plus occasional parents' evenings

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year UK teaching experience in English
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Up-to-date Safeguarding training (or willingness to complete)
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
• Right to work in the UK
• Two professional references
