These young people may have experienced exclusion, disrupted education, or challenges related to SEMH and SEN needs—and they need someone who believes in their potential.

What You’ll Do:
  • Teach English across KS3 and KS4
  • Take on Form Tutor responsibilities
  • Mentor and support students to achieve their best
  • Deliver creative, inclusive lessons that build confidence and skills
  • Be part of a team that values safeguarding, respect, and student voice
What We’re Looking For:
  • QTS or QTLS qualified
  • Calm, resilient, and empathetic
  • Experience in SEN/SEMH settings is a bonus—but great teaching and the right mindset matter most
