English Teacher – Key Stage 3 and 4

Are you a Teacher of Key Stage 3 and 4 English interested in a full-time role starting November 2025? This position is at a high achieving school in Harrow, North West London. Tradewind Recruitment are working with a long-standing client and encourage you to apply for this role with them.

About the Role

Full-time English teaching for Key Stage 3 and 4. Start in November 2025 on an agency contract or permanent assignment. The school is Ofsted rated outstanding and the department is strong, led by an experienced Head of Department. There is a structured mentoring programme and CPD available, including support for an ECT. The school has higher than national average progress scores and a motivating, high-achievement culture.

The school is located in Harrow and is commutable from central London, with a short walk from the nearest station and onsite parking available if needed.

Role Details

As previously mentioned, the school requires a teacher to cover maternity leave, teaching English to KS3 and KS4. The contract is initially until July, with potential progression to a longer-term or permanent arrangement in the summer. You will join a department that shares resources and collaboration is encouraged.
