About the School

This is a new and growing school with big ambitions and a strong sense of community. Their approach is calm, caring, and child-centred. They pride themselves on knowing their pupils well, valuing relationships, and supporting every child to reach their potential. With a focus on understanding, consistency, and positive engagement.

The Role

We are seeking an English Teacher who shares these values and is excited to help shape the future of this school. As a developing setting, flexibility and creativity are key. While your main focus will be English, there may be opportunities - or occasional necessity - to teach other subjects until the school reaches full capacity. In time, there may also be the opportunity to teach across English, Maths, or World Studies, depending on experience and interest.

  • Strong subject knowledge in English and confidence in delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.
  • A calm, positive, and adaptable approach to teaching and learning.
  • High expectations for all pupils, balanced with a nurturing and supportive attitude.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a growing team and evolving curriculum.
What We Offer
  • A welcoming, inclusive, and supportive school community.
  • The opportunity to be part of building and shaping a new and exciting school.
  • Ongoing professional development and career growth.
  • A positive working environment where relationships and well-being are at the heart of everything we do.

If you are motivated, caring, and eager to play a key role in the development of a new SEND school, we would love to hear from you.
