Affinity Workforce Solutions are currently looking for a passionate and committed English Teacher to deliver high-quality lessons across Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, starting in January in a school in Bicester. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire students and contribute to their academic and personal development.

What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across English Language and English Literature, tailored to the national curriculum and student needs.
• Supporting students' progress and development.
• Encouraging a learning experience that accelerates student achievement.
• Monitoring and evaluating assessment and feedback in line with school policy.
• Maintaining discipline and promoting high standards of behaviour and work.
• Deploying classroom support effectively to enhance learning outcomes.
• Tracking student attainment and progress using departmental systems.
• Providing written and verbal feedback to support student growth.

What We're Looking For

• Experience teaching across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).
• A valid teaching qualification and Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
