We are seeking outstanding practitioners who can motivate, enthuse and engage learners in English and who have a proven track record in helping learners to succeed. Applicants will be expected to deliver on a range of courses including GCSE and Functional Skills. Ability to teach AS/A-Level would be advantageous. Our aim is to assist students to become independent learners who can meet standards of English and are able to utilise these in the world of work. We are committed to ensuring that students reach their full potential and learn in a stimulating environment that challenges and motivates, using learning technology effectively to enhance and extend students’ and apprentices’ knowledge and skills. Multi-site delivery will be required as part of the role and so there is regular travel between the different College sites and places of delivery within the Borough.
