Salary Range: £25-£32 per hour

The Head Teacher is looking to take on an experienced English Lecturer, on a Long-Term basis until the end of the academic year. The successful English Lecturer will be teaching students in a subject they are passionate to learn and inspiring them to study at a higher level thereafter. The role will be paramount in helping learners achieve excellent results, whilst following and implementing the schemes of learning.

Qualifications

• A first class or 2:1 degree in English


• QTS, PGCE or DTTLS and experience in a further educational environment


• Experience in teaching young people in a diverse setting.


• Excellent spoken and written communication skills


• SEND and Safeguarding experience is desirable
