What you’ll be doing
  • Supporting pupils with additional needs during English lessons and across the school day
  • Helping learners develop reading, writing, communication, and confidence
  • Working 1:1 and in small groups to scaffold learning and keep pupils engaged
  • Using creative approaches, structured guidance, and clear communication to make English accessible
  • Collaborating with teachers and support staff to create a calm, encouraging environment
Who we’re hoping to find
  • A recent English graduate, or someone with strong literacy skills and a real interest in SEND
  • Patient, warm, and great at building positive relationships with pupils

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
