Job summary

A leading education agency is seeking an English Graduate Tutor for a term-time role in a Secondary school rated Outstanding. This position provides a fantastic opportunity for graduates with a 2.1 or above in English to gain classroom experience before applying for a PGCE. The tutor will support young people through 1:1 sessions and group learning for KS3 and KS4 while earning between £460 - £560 per week.

Qualifications

• Graduated with a 2.1 or above in an English based degree.
• Experience working with young people is advantageous.
• Essential classroom experience prior to PGCE.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 English interview.
• Plan and run small group English sessions for KS3 and KS4.
• Track progress and create attainment reports.
