Protocol Education Limited is seeking an English Graduate Teaching Assistant in Gateshead to support pupils with a range of learning needs. You will help develop literacy skills, provide individual and small-group English interventions, and encourage reading, writing, and communication.

The role involves supporting pupils with SEND to access learning activities, building strong relationships with pupils, staff and families, and contributing to an inclusive classroom.

English Graduate Teaching Assistant - Inclusive SEND Provision | Gateshead

We are working with a caring and inclusive SEND primary school in Gateshead that is seeking an English Graduate Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a variety of learning needs.

The school prides itself on providing a nurturing environment where every child is encouraged to achieve their full potential. As part of the team, you will play an important role in developing pupils' literacy skills, confidence, and independence.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Supporting literacy development within the classroom
• Providing one-to-one and small-group English interventions
• Encouraging reading, writing, and communication skills
• Assisting pupils with SEND to access learning activities
• Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
