The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) is seeking an Operations and Logistics Coordinator to act as the central anchor for the England Men’s Cricket Department at the ECB Performance Centre in Loughborough. You will manage travel, accommodation, visas and budget tracking for home and overseas tours, training camps and international fixtures.

• Proven experience delivering complex team operations or events in high-performance environments.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with fixed deadlines and changing priorities.
• Rigorous attention to detail and strong coordination skills with suppliers and venues.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities, including senior colleagues and external partners.

Responsabilités

• Manage accommodation and travel for England Men’s and visiting teams during home season and tours.
• Organise hospitality and ticketing, maintaining allocation records and deadlines.
• Coordinate accreditation information for teams during home season.
• Oversee visa applications and visa support letters for tours.
• Handle day-to-day contracts, invoices and MOUs with Operations Managers and Director.
• Assist with hotel contracts and travel logistics, ensuring timely updates.
