Engineering Technician (Agricultural / Plant)

£18 - £21 per hour + Overtime (x1.5) + Van + Fuel Card + Laptop + Pension + New Holland Training School + Progression to Master Technician

Are you an experienced Agricultural Engineer or Plant / Construction Technician looking to join a well-established business offering manufacturer‑led training with New Holland, ongoing career development, and the chance to work with cutting‑edge agricultural machinery?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading agricultural machinery company with a strong reputation for quality and service. You'll be part of a friendly and skilled team responsible for maintaining and servicing a large hire fleet of New Holland tractors and customer‑owned equipment fitted with the latest technology, including the new PLMi series.

In this role, you'll carry out maintenance, servicing, and diagnostics on a variety of agricultural machinery both in the workshop and out in the field. You'll benefit from comprehensive manufacturer training and can progress into a Master Technician role as the business continues to grow.

This role would suit an Agricultural or Construction Engineer looking to join a company that values its people, offers excellent overtime rates, a company van with fuel card, and unrivalled technical training direct from New Holland.

The Training:

• Onsite training with market leading OEM, New Holland
• Development and Progression to become a Master Technician

The Role:

• Service, maintain, and repair New Holland tractors and other agricultural machinery
• Work on customer and hire fleet equipment, both in the workshop and on‑site
• Attend manufacturer‑led training at New Holland's Basildon plant
• Opportunity to progress into a Master Technician role

The Person:

• Experience in agricultural, plant, or construction machinery maintenance
• Full UK Driving Licence
