John Lewis Magna Park site in Milton Keynes is seeking an Engineering Technician to maintain building services, mechanical systems, MHE, HVAC, automation and data networks on a 24/7 semi-automated distribution centre.

You will perform planned preventative maintenance, fault-finding and support change projects; work 42 hours per week on a 14x12.5h DuPont pattern (days and nights) with 7 consecutive days off.

Qualifikationen

• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic drawings and fault-find to component level.
• Experience in Building Environmental and Electrical Services including HVAC within buildings.

Aufgaben

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive tasks, adhering to safety governance and SLAs.
• Provide fault-finding and diagnostic support to leadership on electro-mechanical systems.
• Support branch change-works and development projects.
• Minimise business risk through reliable operating processes.
• Be flexible to support other campus areas.
• Understand and use engineering infrastructure IT systems.
