Salary: £33,866 per annum

Hours: 35 hours per week, on-site

About the Role

gap personnel are recruiting for an Engineering Technician to join a leading defence and marine engineering organisation in Devonport, Plymouth.

This is a hands‑on role supporting the maintenance and regeneration of electrical and mechanical systems onboard Royal Navy vessels undergoing major deep maintenance periods.

You’ll be part of a skilled engineering team ensuring equipment and systems are restored to full operational condition, contributing directly to the success of critical naval operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out maintenance and repair of electrical and mechanical systems onboard ships.
  • Conduct inspections and report on equipment condition to ensure operational readiness.
