  • Strong technical expertise in automation hardware and software, with in-depth knowledge of production, picking, and storage MHE systems.
  • Proficient in using computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) and computer-literate across standard software platforms.
  • Committed to health and safety, including working safely at height, with a creative and proactive approach to continuous learning and problem-solving.
  • Lead from the front to drive pace, accuracy and standards across all aspects of the CFC, including workload allocation and handling disciplinary issues as required.
Qualifications
  • Holds an Engineering HNC or relevant degree, supported by applied learning, an apprenticeship, or NVQ Level 3 in electrical and/or mechanical disciplines; able to operate as a competent and experienced engineer in either mechanical or electrical streams, with familiarity in both to enable decision making.
