A leading facility management company in Greater London is seeking an Engineering Team Leader to supervise a team of multi-skilled engineers. The role requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure compliance with health and safety standards while overseeing engineering tasks effectively. Ideal candidates will be fully qualified electricians or mechanics with experience in PPM delivery and problem-solving. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Engineering Team Leader to oversee a team of four multi-skilled engineers (Electrical, Mechanical, and Fabric) within a busy operational environment.
You will supervise day-to-day engineering activity, ensuring planned and reactive tasks are delivered effectively, safely, and in full compliance with site procedures.
Working closely with the Facility Manager, you will support workforce planning, technical delivery, documentation control, and contractor coordination.
You’ll also play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of health and safety, ensuring operational continuity, and responding to out-of-hours emergencies when required.
This role is ideal for someone confident leading a small team and maintaining a best-in-class approach to building services operations.
