Hunter Selection in Bristol is helping a well‑established manufacturer appoint an Engineering Team Leader to oversee a shift‑based engineering function, ensuring equipment reliability and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced plant.
You will lead up to 5 engineers, coordinate preventive maintenance, respond rapidly to breakdowns, and work closely with the Maintenance & Engineering Manager to lift site performance, safety standards and overall engineering excellence.
Location: Bristol
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)
Salary: Up to £57,500 (£75k+ earning potential)
