About you

• Full Stack Expertise & Leadership
  Proven experience in building high-quality software across multiple languages and frameworks, ideally in a SaaS environment, with leadership capabilities.

• Cloud Proficiency
  Strong understanding of cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, internal cloud), with hands‑on experience in deploying and managing cloud‑based solutions.

• Team Enablement & Coaching
  Skilled in guiding teams toward self‑management, using modern engineering practices to deliver scalable, accessible, and robust software.

• Technical Ownership & Accountability
  Takes full end‑to‑end ownership of products and outcomes, demonstrating strong decision‑making and responsibility.

• Strategic & Agile Leadership
  Leads Agile teams strategically, ensuring cohesive cross‑team collaboration and alignment with business goals.

• Quality & Security Focus
  Champions a quality‑first mindset and integrates security principles into all aspects of development.
