Job description

Engineering Surveyor (Building Consultancy) London to £55,000 + Package

Talent Motion specialise in transitioning experienced M&E Design Engineers from traditional M&E consultancy Client-Side within Building Consultancy.

Essentially, a client-side role that will give you direct access to clients, working on the client’s behalf as part of the client team as the client’s representative. Offering you direct access to clients thinking and an unprecedented insight into the clients psyche and the drivers behind commercial property ownership.

With a 20 strong M&E team the business focused on all aspects of M&E Surveying, Client Technical Advisory, M&E Design, Project Management & Decarbonisation.

As a global Building Consultancy, the main differential from the traditional M&E Consultancies is that they have access to their own client base and do not have to competitively tender for projects, resulting in a less pressurised environment and providing the financial resources to recruit into the M&E team when needed rather than expecting employees to shoulder more pressure and work excessive hours.

Unique career opportunities are hard to find in today’s market, lots on offer with this opportunity, professional development, financial gain, work life balance and a move client side. Offering you opportunity to work on some of the most ambitious and exciting projects currently being designed and developed in the built environment sector.

You’ll continue to learn and advance as everyone who works with them is provided with a tailored training programme. Their mentoring and reversed mentoring schemes will enable you to share your expertise while gaining fresh insights.

An inclusive and people focused culture. As an independent, employee-owned business, teamwork and collaboration lie at the heart of everything they do. Hybrid and flexible working arrangements and family-friendly policies are just some of the ways they invest in employee wellbeing.
