• Familiarity with MS Office and strong documentation skills.
• Analytical approach to identifying improvements in components or assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line support for production and resolving engineering queries.
• Onboarding new technology by defining refurbishment strategies and writing work instructions.
• Collaborating with purchasing to approve suppliers and components.
• Implementing new designs into operations and delivering training.
• Monitoring and addressing quality issues, ensuring process improvements.
