Job Title: Engineering Support Manager
Location: Remote working (with occasional travel)
Salary: £43,000 - £43,400

Role Overview

My client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Engineering Support Manager to join their team. This role involves providing administrative and operational support to the engineering team, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to manage processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish effective reporting mechanisms, manage performance, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with proposals, scope of works, financial reporting, and time management for the PES team.
  • Review internal and client reports, maintain audit schedules, and ensure document control for policies and procedures.
  • Optimize resource allocation, coordinate meetings, and ensure the team's equipment and supplies are well-managed.
Key Accountabilities
  • Deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure high-quality documentation and reporting for both internal teams and clients.
  • Manage financial processes and ensure timely invoicing and budget tracking.
  • Support the PES team's training, scheduling, and compliance needs.
Skills & Experience
Essential
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and adapt to changing demands.
