Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar Engineering Supervisor or Team Leader role.

• Confident managing teams and leading from the front.
• Flexible to work rotating shifts or nights, depending on site structure.

• Oversee all planned and reactive maintenance activity.
• Ensure minimal downtime and support production targets.
• Drive a proactive maintenance culture.
